Unavailable Film Tracking Down Thread

Inspired by the thread on 'Begotten', I thought it might be a good idea to have general thread wherein folk can help each other track down copies of currently unavailable films by any means necessary.

So to start off:

I'm looking for a film called Possession (Andrzej Zulawski, 1981, Imdb link), which I saw a one-off cinema screening of a few years ago (on a fuzzy print that I assume was from the original release).

Quite simply the most intelligent, unconventional, mind-boggling, genuinely disturbing and flat-out HORRIBLE horror movie I've ever seen... and aside from that it's also a cold war thriller, a really fucked up neurotic relationship drama, science fiction.... man, I won't even try to describe it or we'll be here all day. Up there with the likes of early Lynch, Cronenberg or Jodorowsky for sure.

So.. any leads?

This is going to sound very vague, but there is a site called something like cinema obscura that you can sign up to, and peer to peer films that are hard to find. I don't have the link to hand at work, but will dig it out once at home.

Google - it might be this - Cinema Obscura

I've been trying to find a copy of Doppleganger for a while, and missed it's showing at the MCA? I think it was. But have yet to check the above mentioned site for this.

That site sounds awesome, but it looks like they've closed open registration, I can't find any torrents available.

Also, I'm desperately looking for a movie called Hangover Square (1945), by John Brahm.

I've heard good things about Karagarga, but that's invite only too (if anyone has an invite I'd be forever grateful...). This blog might be useful.

Sorry to be dense, but I don't really understand what this means...

I'd love to find a copy of The Devil, Probably by Robert Bresson. It hasn't been released on DVD in the U.K. or America. There was an Artificial Eye video, but the second-hand copies on Amazon are going for upwards of £45. It might be available in France, but I doubt my french is good enough for a version without subtitles.

I'd really kill for a copy of Les Maitres du temps by Rene Laloux with art direction from Mobeius.

The original DVD goes for a ludicrous price through amazon resellers and as far as I know the recent french rerelease doesn't have subs.

Possession is on the KG tracker along with a few of Zulawski's other films. You'll also find it using eMule.

I was going to ask if anyone knew where to find a copy of IF.. but I searched by the directors name before posting and found it here.

I figured I would post that in the likely event others were after it.
