Squashing Beef. Apologies to some peeps

As one of comic book's most hyped unsigned artists I've got a lot of attention over the years. "Denfeld, are you taking over X-Men when Whedon Leaves?" Or, "Jack, are you going exclusive with one of the big 2?".

So, I'm thinking of signing with one of the big two this year, and I wanted to clear up some beef I've had with other artists.

Mr. Ellis. I am sorry I called you a scientist in a few threads. It wasn't meant as an insult, I was just bustin' your stones because you always write sciency stuff. I've heard you were a pretty serious fella so maybe you didn't find my scientist comments funny. Again I apologize, and would like to point out that I am a huge fan of your work, and the new Thunderbolts is very entertaining. Also, I would hope that your old beef with Cameron Stewart wouldn't stop you from working with me or gettin' Joey Q to call me. Although Cameron and I both post here, we don't agree on everything.

Mr. Millar. I've made a few comments about you being Morrison's little sidekick in the past. Again I was just bustin' your chops a little. I know that you've become your own man over the years and are now Marvel's top dog. As you know I'm almost kind of good friends with Mr. Morrison, and he'll vouch for me. Again, I really enjoy your work and am really looking forward to your new Ultimates issue.

Mr. Frank Miller. Keep on the meds son, you don't wanna end up like John Byrne in a few years.

Mr. Byrne. Sorry for making that joke upthread. I enjoyed your run on west Coast Avengers back in the day. What was that anyway, like 1989?

Anyway big ups to all these fellas, and have Joey Q gimme a call please. Thank you.

It's a crime against something that I can't blow six dollars a month to get a Denfeld fix and have to make do with not paying a dime and getting his wit and mastery of the comics (and comic) form for free over the interweb.

I mean, there're what, approximately three interesting things done with Aaron Stack in his entire existence? Maybe two with Nimrod?

And Jack Denfeld does that much in a four panel strip about a birthday and partying?

Out of curiosity, if DC makes you the better offer, what character would you like to pick up on first?

Y'know, I thought this was going to be an online beef-product squashing flash-game or something. I almost feel cheated.

Thanks for the kind words.

Jason Todd in any of his incarnations. And maybe something with the Golden Age JSA.

Oh, Jack. How soon they forget (their proposed and then never discussed again collab 'Flash - Bastards.') How soon.

I suppose I'm destined to be a desolate, abandoned like poor Johnny Smith, a far finer scribe than Marky Sparky Millar.

Anyway, hey, that guy who did the Civil War parodies is pitching publicly to be the new Legion of Superheroes writer so, you know. Best of luck.

Falcon, send me a plot, and we'll start scripting. For real.

Penfold ... Penfold, you (garbled) ... but you've got heART, KID

I can only asume tat you're nolonder interested in working in comics,
