Yes, but Trypticon was arse. See?
I love the animated movie. The voice talent, at a time when animated movies rarely had name casts, was awesome. Everyone mentions Welles and Nimoy, both of whom gave it some serious welly even though they could have felt it was beneath them, and of course there's Eric Idle. Judd "Harsh" Nelson was cool as Hot Rod/Rodimus Prime. The double whammy of Robert Stack as Ultra Magnus and one of my personal heroes, Lionel Stander as Kup, who gives truly memorable delivery upon Devastator's introduction. Fantastic. ONe of those movies I know almost off by heart. |
