I'd really like my first post on this here Comic Book board to be me speaking from a place of utter confidence and ultimate knowledge.
Instead, it's a plea for help in understanding something:

What am I missing? Is it just a prettier-than-Richard-Case/post-DP exercise in avant-guard, dada-ish sequential art, or is there something more to it? Is it an illustration of how this beloved medium can just revel in the insane and outlandish, or is Mr. Morrison trying to tell us something beyond that?
