As the summary says, my brother's leaving the country next year and sodding off to live a life of decadence and sin in Australia with his fiancee. He's mentioned that he'd really like to do something memorable for this New Year's Eve as it'll be his last one in the UK.
I freely admit to knowing little about what sort of events are happening in London for NYE. It's on a Sunday but I wouldn't have thought that wouldn't stop the city from tearing it up.
I need some advice-monkeys. What sort of things are going on in town on that night? Are there any clubs or bars that people would recomend as a good place to see 2007 in from?
I am not helping, but I'm also going to be in London for NYE and have no clue what to do, see, go to, drink, toast, trip over, fall into, or make drunken advances towards that night.
Frustratingly, my new year's plans are still up in the air, but if it does transpire that I will be stepping out in London town, I reckon the best bet would be to go to this do at the Spitz, which sounds pretty great.
I have no plans either =) How about we arrange a meet somewhere!? Brick lane, hoxton is pretty cool area to see what happens and do something a little different with little money. Any more news on anything fun going on?
