Nah, I was only kidding. Although it would have been more fair, I feel, to have the starting bid a bit lower, as it doesn't seem like you'd be getting a bargain so much as just paying a lot for a rare comic.

But, on amazon the individual books alone are twoto three hundred quid, so I guess it's abit of a deal.

That said (and sorry to move the topic on from your sale), I've seen a nearly hole-less run of QC Fleetway 'Zenith' comics on the 'net. Can anyone tell me about this series? I assume it's reprints, but when did the run start and end. They have about 12 issues at 1.25 a copy, so I think it's a good deal either way, but can anyone tell me more about this run?

It was an AWFUL!!!!! quality reprint, with distorted art and poor colouring. Avoid.

Dan, I don't know what version you've seen but the Titan reprints are in black and white and full size. Are yuo perhaps thinking of the Quality or Eagle reprints. I think you are.

No, I can't recommend you buy that version. However a set of Titan books are on e-bay at the moment, have you considered that?
