Getcher sneak-thief dystopian guide to the future of Vegas here.
What you need to know before you start reading (if you don't want to read the archives): Locke is a cat burglar who is in turns somewhat competent and startlingly obtuse. He lives in the unspecified future, after an as-yet-unexplained disaster has wrecked Las Vegas. The rebuilt New Vegas is separated from the destroyed Old Vegas by a big-ass wall.
This was a fun, fast pinch-hit for Tim, informed largely by my being a bit mentally overwhelmed by another, very serious, zombie project and a rampant dislike for kid sidekicks.
I do recommend the archives, by the way -- Tim's put together a really fun comic in a really cohesive universe of his own, and his art is developing in some really neat ways. |
