What's the genral consensous on these boys then? Two albums in, sound kinda hicksville, cool front man, but it just doesn't add up... Josh Holme looks cool as per, a bit like a Desert Rock Vince Vaughn.
Could you please elaborate a bit on their sound and quality?
I might have the opportunity to see them next week along with some other happy things (MOZZAAA!) but won't be able to get anything of theirs in the meanwhile, and have only listened to one (nice'ish) track so far... I'm curious.
There a kind of campy/super macho blues rock outfit. Fast guitars, slamming drum beat (kind of like the queens of the stone age). But with some humour. Really good live too!
