E-mail
I send an e-mail to the HR department asking a simple question that reequires a one line answer.
Instead of mailing me back, a woman phones me up, I'm not in, she leaves a message asking me to call back, I call her back she isn't in, I leave a message, she calls me back and gives the the morsel of information which would have taken ten seconds to type and press send.
