Y'all probably know this, but I'm often surprised that many writers I meet are not familiar with these amazing resources:
The Writers' And Artists' Yearbook, and/or The Writers' Handbook.
They both come out annually. They're quite pricey, but they contain information and contact details for agents, publishers, TV and film companies, magazines (etc), plus lots of other interesting information. Indeed, if you're a writer looking for an agent or a publisher (etc) in virtually any territory (although mainly Europe and the US), these books will help you. |
