I am looking for the Whitehall Scientific Institute for the Betterment of Humanity. It is/was(?) supposed to have been located in Britain. Does it exist? Has it ever existed? If so, could anyone please post what they know about it here? It will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Me neither. I am only speculating, but the Brit parliament is based in Whitehall ... maybe it's someone's way of very sarcastically referring to the UK government?
