Russian doctors can apparently now grow extra penises at will on their patients' bodies.

I would personally like to use this technology to turn my rather pedestrian genitalia into some sort of 'Rampant Rabbit' affair with various bits branching off. And an extra willy on the left elbow could also be handy.

Actually, the process in the article is pretty widely used for this sort of thing -- just creating a penis-shaped cylinder of flesh out of other tissue.
I seem to recall Annie Sprinkle describing her boy(?)friend's penis (he's a mid-op FtoM transsexual) in one of them REsearch books. Made the same way, only out of abdominal tissue.

Don't they use fat-implants to - er - make a bigger fat? (cf: Priscilla). And I read somewhere, ages ago, that there's surgery that severs one of the muscles at the base of the penis, enabling it to hang down a little longer, giving the appearance of more length.

Not that I'm keeping up with penisplasty or anything.
