Some of the ideas kicking about in my skull since i went away have been around the area of monosexuality (homosexual/heterosexual) and its relationship too monocultures christianity/atheist secular humanism. Philosophy based on a principle of one view and how that also may relate to sexual expression, one view - one partner type, i am not sure that there is actaully a link to be made as the ideas are still floating.

Bisexuality seems to challenge the notion of one view, one identity and progress to the stage of recognising a duality, two principles in a theistic view point, thesis/antithesis etc etc.

Perhaps pansexuality challenges the philosophy of sexuality to move into a world that is multicultural multifaith and multisexual. A polyphilosophical sexuality that allows all fluids to mingle without cause for identification or catgorisation to one defining factor or be caught in a gender fixed polarity. A carnival.

Still kicking it all around in my skull pan. |
