Has anybody else heard about this?
An American subgenius, Reverend Magdalen, lost custody of her 10 year old son after a domestic dispute, when a judge saw pictures of her participating in X-day celebrations in Detroit and decided she was a "pervert" and an "unfit mother"
I found this on boingboing.net and there were no official news story links, and the stories I have found don't say where in the States this is taking place, so I am taking it with a grain of salt.
Still if it is true, it is yet another sad indication of rights and freedoms going south, south of the border. Can anybody confirm or deny this?
