There's a Shadowhawk action figure coming out this year. Many years after he was briefly popular, this will be judged by most as a pointless waste of plastic. I, in contrast, think this is incredible news.
Think about it. What does Shadowhawk do? He snaps spines. And how easy is it to rotate the waists and necks of your other superhero figures 180 degrees, making it look like their spines have been snapped? Very easy indeed.
You can begin with him on one end of your display shelf and spent a wonderfully enjoyable evening working him along, snap-snap-snap, leaving behind him a colourful pile of super-quadriplegia moaning for mercy. And that's what Image was all about. |
