But can someone please check if Angus Council's website, which I need for an essay, is working on a computer that is not my own shitty model (to check I'm not going daft,) and if so offer some solutions as to why it wouldn't be working on mine?

It's not working for me. But I'm at work, and sometimes the work filters kill websites for some reason. Then again, a government site... I don't know why the work computer would filter it out.

I'd imagine you can see it on some machines and not others because the browser you are using cache's the webpage.

Just had a snoop around the URL. Looks like there are no files there at all. Could be that the server is down, of course, but I can't find any basic directory structure or files.
