I've left this much too late. People had Friday nights, they won't be up early on a Saturday. Thought I would stick it up as a memory jogger if nothing else. All the info is here. I'm going and I'm taking my bike. Join us!

Dagnabbit, didn't know you were going! (Wasn't really sure whether I was until yesterday evening, though...) Didja make it down? Went there with Mutley and Gecko- was good- a surprisingly high turnout, too- can't just let these fucks forget that people are angry, even if we haven't got a million people at our backs.

So didn't have my shit together. But made it in the end. To be honest I feel like I let everyone down a bit by not posting something much earlier. Thought it was good - turnout higher than pig estimates, lower than organiser estimates, as per usual. Took my bike and pushed it around for the march. Who knew demonstraters were such a bunch of bike lovers - I practically glowed with the pride of a new mother after all the bike discussions.

Glad you were there - I'm sure others were but this has been a salutory lesson in teh ORGANISING!!!
