In the real world some terrorists do give warnings (IRA etc.). Not, of course, by labelling the bomb, but by making scary phonecalls.
I don't know, if I was for some strange reason, a police officer and I saw that bike what exactly should I do? How obvious is it that the sticker is a joke?
The other question is, what would that same policeman do on September the 10th 2001?
It's good to read that they saw sense and dropped charges in both cases. |
