Well, servitors by thier nature tend to be little and of finite lifespan. If they hang around for any lenght of time the tend to attain egregore-hood, or even become godforms. Fotamecus is now an egregore.
Examples would include SQUAT (the Goddess of Parking Spaces who is invoked as follows: "Squat! Squat! Squat! Find me a parking spot!"), IXAT, the god of taxis, and TZEENTCH (the Changer Of The Ways, Lord Of Fortune And Intrigue, Master Of All Like Things Whether Petty Or Profound).
