Well, I asked him something similar. He said it used to piss him off but it's brought him so much work he doesn't give a fuck now.

Met him in the flesh on Friday as well when he came over for the Film Festival. Nice chap.

Also, rather shamelessly gave him a copy of Hinterland to read on the plane home, with a note inside saying film rights still available.

And had my photo taken with him, to cement the niggling suspicion in his head that I was a total stalker. Will post here if enough demand.
