I think maybe we're going to need magic just for anyone to find a copy of this.

Four weeks and counting till the next issue. If in doubt head over to www.2000adonline.com and buy it straight from Rebellion or ring denise on 01621 877250 and get one that way. Glossy pages, complete reprint, exceptional reproduction, 2.99 plus shipping...you know it makes sense.

For Brightonians, I got my copy from the dingy wee newsagent across from Waitrose. The one next to the turkish restaurant.

Tell 'em I sent ya'.

Yay! I managed to find a copy randomly in the WH Smiths in Folkestone, after not seeing it in any shops I would normally frequent, and I’m bloody glad I did – I suspect all already have or most of it somewhere or other, but it’s fantastic to have it in one lovely volume. I haven’t had time to give it my full attention yet, but I agree with those who’ve said they’d like to see it get the kind of Barbelith treatments old Gilgamesh Malkavian’s stuff gets. I liked Revere a lot at the time, and I remember it making much more of an impression that most of the rest of Smith’s stuff. I wonder whether Smith’s wonderfully alien style loses something when he’s paired with more conventionally artists as compared to how well it works with the new layers of weirdness Harrison added here? Anyway, I’ll post some more on this once I’ve had a chance to give it the lashing sof attention it richly deserves
