Burning House

pointless & uncalled for

Burning House, it's like "this or that" but with consequences, but you knew that already, because of the abstract right?

Here's the scenario, you're in a burning house with two objects and you can only save one.

For example; a cat or a piece of art.

But it doesn't end there. Oh no, when you respond you should first slander the above poster's choice by proclaiming that something is dead, such as art or humanity (feel free to interpret wildly). Next you make your choice of the option provided and finally you should put up your own option.

First contenders for an impropmtu roasting are Thor Heyerdal (contiki man) and a freshly delivered pizza.

The cat was killed by George Galloway. He starved it to death by drinking all the cream and smothered its cool with his red lycra. I'm surprised that this news has not reached Canadia yet, dude. Gah!

Fresh choices - now see, it would depend depend depend as far as the pizza goes. Who made it, what kind? So I vote Heyerdahl, despite the controversy about diffusionism of cultures. My Norwegian uncle brought me a balsa model of the Kon Tiki which I played with very happily in the bath as a boy, after all. And Norwegians are going to be very fashionable in London this year, with the Ibsen Centenary about to burst upon us.

So, house on fire, which do you save: your laptop or your stash?

Stash is dead, man; virtual living is the new drug. I take the laptop.

The last piece of chocolate cake or your sex life?
