Which just goes to show that alcohol is *the* gateway drug. (It's not a drug it's a drink.) I for one would be feeling a lot happier right now if I hadn't taken some mushrooms, while pished, in the wee hours of yesterday morning.

Despite heavy drinking, no hangover and not inordinate drunkenness, which is perhaps a testament to the power of religions which mandate the serving of oily foods.

For obvious reasons I didn't get too drunk. It also helped to have had Aussie-style BBQ (courtesy of my girlfriend's sister to soak up the (cheap) champagne cocktails.
