I'm not looking forward to 2006 for one specific reason - having to re-write a whole bunch of auto-generating reports in various databases and spreadsheets to included a new column for 2006. These columns are only able to be filled when there is data generated relevant to them, obviously, so many cannot actually be set up until something happens.
Until such time, there will be an irritating gap in the reports, and no, it's not possible to get these year fields to be updated automatically annually. That would be too easy. |
