I wasn't previously aware this particular collaboration existed, but, suddenly and without apparent fanfare, here it is, available for preorder. The one review I've been able to locate suggests this is perhaps less than essential reading; any contrary opinions?

Nah. I've read three or four issues, and it's decent, kitschy stuff, but tbh you don' need it the way you probably do other team-ups from the West of Scotland like Flash and Aztek. They should do trades of them.

I only ever read a couple of issues, but I remember it being quite fun, lightweight stuff. Just don't go into it expecting Flex or the Invisibles, and you should be okay.

Speaking of Skrull Kill Krew, in a recent interview, Joe Quesada said out of the blue "What we really need is a new Skrull Kill Krew." Time will tell if he was joking or if Marvel wants to do something with that concept...
