I don't get that. Can someone explain it to me please?
Sorry, I was being obscenely obscure. The picture above is paraphrasing the 'Book of the Law' with the quote "Every man and woman is a Tsar", obviously being a reference to "Every man and woman is a star".
I was quoting another line of the Book of the Law that says "All these letters of my book are aright, but Tzadi is not the Star". This is, if you accept Crowley's interpretation, the voice of praeterhuman intelligence explaining that the Hebrew letter Tzadi should not be attributed to the tarot card The Star - as in the Golden Dawn attributions - but should instead correctly by attributed to the tarot card The Emperor. Hence Tzadi as in Tsar, Czar, Ceaser, Kaiser, Emperor, etc...
