| Just in case you missed it last week, can I ask that you put aside an hour for this tonight, as it has rapidly become my favourite programme? Anyway, for those wot has not seen it it's a fairly quiet middle-class sitcom that has some astonishingly good bits hidden among a very nice rom-com plot involving two peopel who are perfect for each other that will probably never meet. Stars Tamsin (Black Books) Greig and (the orginal Lois and Clark Jimmy Olsen) Michael Landes and a whole bunch of people you'll be saying "ooh, I know them, weren't they in errr..". Gentle, occasionally very funny without being too forced, and just, well, nice. Go on, give it a shot. It's One Foot In The Grave given room to breathe and develop its ideas, with younger people and no studio audience, I suppose. |
