Howdy chap/esses
On Sunday October the ninth my fearsome, firebreathing beat combo Burning Idiot Noise will be bringing the pain to Brighton's sticky carpeted Freebutt. We will be playing with rockabilly avant-noiseniks The Guilloteens, who are the dogs bollocks, and a band called The Poppycocks who I know nothing about.
The best thing about this gig (apart from the sheer quality of the featured acts) is that as it is part of the Brighton Live week it is absolutely FREE.
Yes, FREE! I know, you still have to pay for what passes for beer in the venue, but I, for one, will not be annoyed if you choose to hide hipflasks full of frothing grog about your persons. Just don't tell the children, eh?
The whole shebang kicks off at the normal gig sort of time (about 8.00pm) and it would be jolly nice to see some of you there. Oh, and get there early 'cos we're on first.
