I have a question, but I am unsure of where to put it, so rather than bung up a forum with posts about why a question shouldn't be somewhere, I thought I'd ask here. Also, when answered, the thread can be used for people looking to do the same.
My question regards being recommended a book on the science of sound, something not too technical or heavy, something that explains audology in not too basic terms, but which doesn't require a science degree to decypher.
The obvious place seems to be books, as it is a book I require, however, as the question is very conversational in tone, it could also go there, as it is something specific I require not really leading to debate or discussion, and also could open up the possibility of getting seen by more people in this forum. Also, it could also go into the Lab forum, as it is something specific which people who frequent this forum may be better placed to answer.
SO which forum would you say it should go into and why? |
