I apologise for my vulgar fascination with coverage of this story but (and remember Clare Bernal has just been shot dead, horribly) what do her co-workers focus on in their eulogising of her?

One member of staff, who works on a neighbouring Clarins counter but did not wish to be named, said of Bernal: "She was a very, very pretty girl. She had mousey-coloured hair and was very well-liked."
