I always shuffle, then deal cards off in synch with my breathing until I've been through the deck - 1, 2, 3 in, 1, 2, 3, hold, 1, 2, 3, out, 1, 2, 3, hold and so on until I've been through the lot.
And yeah, it definately helps. Although I've been doing some hypnosis / NLP study recently which has lead me to think about new ways of strengthening this process. |
