Sigil Charging?

Ok, so I know about the usual method of charging sigils, but are there any methods that can be used in public? Dancing may work in a club, but doing it in the middle of a college campus or the mall will probably give me the reputation of being some sort of lunatic. I would really prefer that people didn't see me as some sort of lunatic, although that is probably inevitable.

i was wondering about this as well, apart from the obviuos method for charging most people recomend meditation to me, but i dont have the time or the effort required to learn this. i was thinking of trying the hold your breath till you nearly pass out method, how exactley do you do this, and has anyone had any success with it?
ive also been thinking of distributing sigils, by maybe photocopying them and putting them in libabry books or painting them on walls, does this work and do you have to charge them first
