Yeah, this sort of thing makes me wish that a) there was a capoeira school where I am right now and that b) the school where I did take it initially was not run by a relatively incompetent instructor (not entirely his fault- he wasn't technically ranked high enough teach, but got special permission to from his mestre). It would also help if I wasn't really tall and awkward.

Hey, Illmatic- you'd probably have an educated opinion on this. Is the Omega Bomb physically possible? The Omega Bomb is a kippup that ends with you in a pushup position, missing the legs. The move has aquired the status of an urban myth in b-boy and tricking circles, everybody knows somebody who's seen it, but no-one has clips of it. I've seen Jet Li and The Rock do it in their movies, but I'm pretty sure they both used wires. Yuen Biao is the only guy I've seen do what looks like an unassisted Omega.
