The Pataphysical Museum in London is hosting a wand exhibition, including a golden dawn fire wand that fell out of a cliff in Brighton (likely to be Crowley's) and pencils from the Spare school of drawing. I went with some friends and it was great, anyone want to know more?

The London Institute of Pataphysics (LIP)(see www.atlaspress.co.uk/theLIP/ , sorry I can't remember how to link) is hosting it, in Highgate. You have to contact them to arrange a viewing as it's in someone's house, but it's well worth it. It's a surrealist's museum though so it may not be what you expect...

The Fire Wand was verified by Frances King as authentic G.D. and was found in a chest of regalia that was buried here in Brighton around the time A.C. was living in Eastbourne, so I think it was his.

BTW Pataphysics, an absurdist concept coined by the French writer Alfred Jarry, is a philosophy or science dedicated to studying what lies beyond the realm of metaphysics.
Jarry later defined it as "the science of imaginary solutions, which symbolically attributes the properties of objects, described by their virtuality, to their lineaments" (Gestes et opinions du Docteur Faustroll, II, viii)
