Starwolf, not sure why you have posted this. Are you hoping that one of us will find it for you, or just looking for some words of encouragement?
There are many reasons the wand may have "wandered". (oh, just realised that that is an awful pun, ouch!  it was not intended, honest!  )
1) you don't need it anymore
2) it's not right for you
3) you may have been relying on it as a primary tool and letting other skills lie dormant. This might be the universe reminding you that there are other ways of focusing and directing your will.
4) it could be in the freezer (well, you should always look for something lost in the least likely place, you'd be surprised how often it turns up there).
But of couse you may well know all of this already. Trust the universe and listen to your instincts and you will know what has happened to it.
