Diabetic ingredient problem

Hi there, I'm looking for a low fat, diabetic ice-cream recipe for my Grandad, and have found one but I'm not sure about something on it. The ingredients have to be available in the UK obviously, so I've searched here and I found this :

Diabetic-Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS

8 oz Pet Lite Milk
4 package Sugar Substitute
1 tsp Vanilla

Which is fine, except for 'Pet Lite Milk' which I can't work out. I don't know if 'Pet' is short for something or not, but I'm stumped after searching around for ages. I know that 'Lite' milk is something that you can buy, but if it's this, what does 'Pet' mean? It won't come up in searches that I try and it's really doing my head in. When I search all I get is more lists of ingredients on other sites that have 'Pet Lite Milk'!

So I'm stuck and I'm asking for your advice. If anyone has any recipes for low fat, diabetic ice-cream without the pet lite then that would be cool too, because I'm out of ideas now.

I think it's referring to PET Brand evaporated milk. Which could make sense. I have a recipe for ice-cream (non-diabetic) that calls for evaporated milk...could be that PET have a product suitable for diabetics on the market.

PET Milk!

Thanks, that's brilliant, but I don't think the Lite is there anywhere after having a quick look. I'll keep searching anyway.
