I don't know if you're referring to specific individuals or groups that use the term Magical Terrorism (with caps), but speaking broadly (and simply), magical terrorism would be terrorism using magic - a definition that then must fall back on the debate over what terrorism actually is.
There are many ways of harming another person via magic, but "terrorism" suggests something on a greater, more visible scale. Cursing public figures? Hexing entire institutions? Blighting crops? Destructive weather magic? A plague of nightmares? Broadcast dissemination of suicidal memes? How's your imagination? |
