You know they actually did a modern-day Superman Red/Blue story right after the Electric Blue Superman, right? It was ok...kinda fun but not as much fun as a story called Superman Red/Superman Blue should be.

Jay-zus! Talk about compression! It would take two years to get through that story these days. My favorite parts are where the anti-crime ray makes the russians and cubans stop being evil, and where Superman blue proposes to Superman red.
Why wasnt Superhorse affected by the red sun?

Because Superhorse wasn't actually a creature from Krypton, but an ancient Greek centaur who was transformed by the rays of a magical comet into a superpowered horse.

Obviously.

"Superman Red/Superman Blue" is, for my money, the greatest single comics story EVAH, and (as I have stated elsewhere) its very existence renders Grant 'n' Frank's upcoming ALL-STAR SUPERMAN utterly superfluous before it even comes out.

I love the bit where Supergirl and Superman recoil in horror from the monitor-screen picture of two lumps of Kryptonite.

"Ah! A picture of Kryptonite! It will turn us into pictures of ourselves dying!"

You know something... IT DID!

For shame, Jack. You're forgetting the fatbeard credo.

"More equals always better."

I'm going to make myself a list just like Supes and headline it "Unsolved Super Problems".

Admitting you have unsolved super problems is the first step towards super-healing.

Wow, how mean is the first panel!?

"Everyone gets a salary increase except Kent!"
Everyone point and laugh at Kent, children!

At least he can console himself that it wasn't much of an increase...
