Hitchhikers on Radio 4. (Last broadcast episode up for seven days from broadcast on Tuesday evening)
After turning Life, The Universe and Everything into a very good third series the 'Above the Title' team are turning the fourth and fifth books, So Long And Thanks For All the Fish and Mostly Harmless, into one eight-episode fourth and final series.
This will be interesting as, IMHO, while the final two books have a few good ideas they are also extremely bad and dull books (except for the death scene at the end of book four). So, unless there was a conspiracy to make sure that all the copies of the last two books I read had the jokes excised, I think the production team will have their hands full making this fun.
