I can't see how he thinks this will, in any sense, justify his actions or rebut the accusation that, for Blair, words mean what he says they do.
It is a lengthy document with a high FOG rating, so perhaps that will result in a collective yawn from the electorate and they'll vote with their wallets instead. |
