I've just been looking over the notes of the one's I've done recently, and it's quite interesting to note things that have come about. Quite a few haven't, and it's impossible to say whether or not these were just outwith the realms of possibility entirely - where even sigils can be of little help.For instance, I sigiled to find some notes I made ages ago, which could well have been destroyed by now. I also did it in the hope of a tv appearance for the obscure magazine I work on - no sign of it yet.
I recently did one that I would meet up again with a girl I knew briefly about 4 years ago, who was doing work experience at my work, and who I got on really well with - another meeting being an unlikely scenario for various reasons. Then, last night, I met her dad, who I probably bump into once or twice a year - who I've always felt doesn't like me - and he said she had mentioned me recently and wanted to get in touch - could he pass on my phone number and stuff - weird.
Oh well, still interested enough to carry on experimenting.
You're probably best to try out with something that's not so mundance that you won't even notice if it's happened -like buying cheese at the supermarket or something - but not so dramatic that you'll dwell on it and stymie the process, like winning the lottery. |
