You're on windows? You'll need an FTP server - lots here
I used to use War-FTP back in the day, but that was seven years ago, which is millenia in Internet-time. Buggered if I know what the best option is these days.
But yeah, short answer is you need software to act as an FTP-server, and you'll probably also need to punch a hole in your firewall/router if you have one. |
