The squeeky clean feeling of freshly brushed teeth, and climbing into a bed with clean sheets in a not too warm, not too cold room. An Irish coffee after a good meal. The curve and tone of my fiances back as she stretches in the morning moments before turning to face me and smile, leaning in for the first kiss of the day. Steamed rice, that wonderful, almost wet-hot gentle odour. The punch of Dennis Edwards' voice on the Temptations work around the time of Cloud Nine, and that infectious laughter screamed out by a child caught in that wonderful moment between heartracing excitment and pure happiness.
