Good energy creating techniques

A friend of mine always 'pink bubbles' - creates pink thought bubbles of positive energy, and releases them when ever he is planning to do something. They are non-specific, just an attempt to put something good out into the world and hopefully make things good happen for him. I have never been able to do this, as I always get caught trying to imagine a perfect bubble, but always there is some imperfection to the bubble which makes me imagine it turning cloudy. I do, however, picture lights of various brightness and colour, which seems to help. Does any one else have a technique? Is it right to think that you can create positive energy (or rather change negative into positive) through yourself? If so, does anyone find themselves a particularly good conductor for this?

OS 012 has shone great utility to me. Lots of fun and fluffy galloping, still take out and apply every now and again. . .

I usually imagine that I am inhaling some golden liquid floating throught the air. I suck it in and focus it within my body. Then I transfer it out to something else, or let it rest in my body, depending on what I'm doing.
I normally use this whenever I try to relax myself or I have some physical problem. I haven't tried combining it with anything magical (as in ritual stuff).

My really lazy method of creating energy quickly is to lie on my back, elbows by my side and hands pointing upwards as if holding a baloon above me. Breathe into your root chakra and as you breathe out feel the energy go through your palms. After about 5 or 6 breaths it will feel like both of your hands are like magnets opposing each other.

Pot.

I have a process that I use to block out pain and difficulty and general heebie-jeebies. I visualise myself inside an ice cavern. It's a beautiful sky/ice blue colour, is in no way symmetrical or "perfect" but makes me feel very calm and distant from where my physical body is. I find it extremely effective for blocking out pain and difficulty, but it's very draining on my easily-distracted mind.

Visualize yourself as filling every nook and cranny of a room. This, beside making you feel confident, has some pretty neat physical effects (This is practiced in aikido/aiki-jujutsu).

I use sigils for the same purpose. Creating them with a central idea of "Harlen will be filled with a glowing light" or something a little less spooky usually fits the bill. Charge the sigil up and you'll be in business.
