Hi all.
So, my friend needs short (5-10 minute long) suspenseful ghost stories to prepare a class for "A Christmas Carol".
Please post your most scary and suspenseful stories. Feel free to make them as long or as short as possible - I can fill in the rest!
Mods feel free to move to Creation if need be, but I'm happy with it here as I want to here anything about Ghost stories, not just the stories themselves.
EG - when I was on the Norfolk Broads once as a child I read a story about the ghost of 3 children who died near this ancient tree on one of the river's edges - occasionally you could see and hear these children playing, but only at night (when the accident happened). As it was our boat was moored right next to the tree in question. I didn't sleep that night. |
