Can anyone recommend me some hiphop that's not in English?

I've already got a bit of MC Solaar, Orishas, and Daara J, and I'm fancying getting hold of some more. Any ideas?

Fettes Brot, Fünf Sterne Deluxe and Deichkind are good recommendations for German hip-hop. And you know, I think we've had a thread like this before...might be worth a trawl through the archives to see if you can find it.

Try TTC, French rappers signed to Big Dada in England. Truly wacked out hip-hop, withan electro slant and nutso delivery. Don't have a clue what they're rapping about, doesn't seem to matter. In particular the stellar single 'Leguman', and I believe they've had a couple of highly regarded albums out.

Soul Scream, Scha Dara Parr, and Nitro Microphone Underground all hail from Japan, where the Hip Hop is righteous and true. And recommended.

Greek: try TXC (Terror X Crew), FFC (fortified concept), Paremvoles (Παρεμβολές ).

This is a nice thread but this stuff is generally hard to find outside of the country of origin right.

Thanks for all those...I've only managed to track down some TTC and a bit of Deichkind so far, both quality.

Anyone know of any shops that might stock these, and that do mail order? Or could anyone get/make me a copy and i'll slide you some cash? PM me if so!

Thanks again

I second TTC, these guys are crazy. Their most recent album '' batards sensibles'' is really incredible. If you understand french , Le klub des losers is also reall great but only for the texts so if you can't understand it can be a bit boring
