'Dream' samples a cover of the song 'Happy Talk', originally from the musical South Pacific although I believe the version in question is by Captain Sensible or someone mad like that. Nothing to do with a tv show, and the video is, I think, a generic homage rather than a specific one.
It's a bloody great video though. "He is a rascal!" - and the bit where the police puppet clubs a villun puppet and the presenter nods and smiles approvingly... |
