I've heard this a couple times now and really dig it. It's more upbeat than his last album, but not a retreat back into "Odelay" or "Midnight Vultures" territory. He's encorporated some more ethnic sounds into his repetoire, hence the album's title (which supposedly means "white boy" in Spanish slang). There's something a little less frenetic about this album, less nervous. That may or may not be a good thing, depending on how often the Scientologists are hooking him up to the E-Meter. When I've heard this a few more times I'll offer up some more specific opinions.
