Remember that you can hit 'D' to wait whilst the Minotaur takes an extra turn. Level 2 - IIRC - is impossible to beat without waiting at least once.

Level Four Solution

First get him stuck on the wall to the left, then get to the right while keeping him behind the wall. Pop up to the top row while one square away from the edge, then go down and right. he should get stuck on the little wall at the top. Go all the way down, then left, right, left, up. You should be pretty much home free from there, as the minotaur is stuck behind the right wall.
