Tale of the Tribes

A couple of years ago, when I was a regular visitor to the Robert Anton Wilson site, he declared that his new book, "Tale of the Tribes", would be out soon. There was a link to pre-order it on Amazon, and a release date, but no cover. The only thing I could gather was that it had something to do with the internet. And then... nothing. It disappeared, never to be mentioned again.

So what happened? I know he's ill, and was at his worst around then, but he's a bit better now, so why was it abandoned? It must have been close to completion to be scheduled at all. Anyone got any idea?

Dunno but it's "Tribe" singular. Funnily enough there's a review posted on Amazon - "The old standards are of course still here: Korzybski, Joyce, Leary, but with a new twist." Someone saying that RAW's getting maybe just a wee bit predictable in his old age?

TSOG stands for Tsarist Occupational Government. The book's full title is "TSOG: The Thing That Ate The Constitution."

I haven't read it. It was on my list, but my list got too long...

Also the TSOG book seems to have crossed over into reality to become the Guns and Dope Party, who are attempting to abolish the Tzarist system og drug law in america, or get california to seperate from the USA. someone told me that this is treason in America, and RAW could be executed for it, technically. but he's 72 now, so i doubt he gives a fuck.
